Terms of Use

1) Overview

Masi.am provides digital services (e.g., website design, branding, e-commerce setup, AI automations, business plans, career services) and digital products (e.g., templates and guides). Additional terms may apply to specific offerings and will be presented at purchase or onboarding. If there is a conflict, those specific terms prevail.

2) Eligibility & Geographic Availability

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or contract Services.
• If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
• Some Services may be limited by local law, platform rules, or payment availability.

3) Accounts, Security & Communications

• You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
• We may send transactional emails (receipts, project updates, support). You can opt out of marketing emails.

4) Purchases, Payments & Taxes

• Payments are processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Payhip payment providers). We do not store full card data.
• Prices are shown in AMD unless otherwise indicated. Taxes, exchange fees, or bank charges may apply.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled as stated on the product page. Manage from your account or billing portal.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• For downloadable products, licenses are granted per purchase (see Section 6). Visit the Masi.am Store for product-specific info.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our deliverables where not permitted.
• Upload or transmit malware, phishing, or illegal content.
• Resell or redistribute downloads beyond the license granted.
• Misrepresent affiliation or impersonate Masi.am.

6) Intellectual Property & Content Licenses

• Our IP: The Masi.am website, branding, templates, frameworks, and materials are owned by us and protected by law.
• Client Deliverables (Services): Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use final deliverables in your business. Source files or working files are provided only if specified in the scope.
• Digital Products (Downloads): Licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal business use. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited unless an explicit license states otherwise.
• User Content: If you submit content (e.g., copy, images, data), you grant us a license to use it solely to provide the Services.
• Attribution & Portfolio: We may display non-confidential work outcomes in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7) AI & Automation Tools

• AI outputs may be probabilistic, require human review, and can change over time.
• You are responsible for compliance, accuracy checks, and any decisions made based on AI outputs.
• Third-party AI platforms may have separate terms and privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masi.am and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Courts located in Yerevan, Armenia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless the parties agree to arbitration or another venue in writing.
• Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days.

11) Suspension, Termination & Changes

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for unlawful activity.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new “Effective date.” Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
