Terms of Service

1) Scope

Services and deliverables are defined in your proposal, order form, or product description on our store. Any specific terms shown during purchase or onboarding take precedence over this general policy.

2) Service Terms

• Work starts after receipt of payment or agreed deposit.
• Deliverables are digital; no physical goods are shipped.
• Availability windows and milestones are outlined in the proposal or product page.

3) Delivery & Revisions

• Timelines depend on scope and client responsiveness; estimates are not guarantees.
• Packages include a stated number of revision rounds; extra rounds may be billed.
• Files are delivered via email, cloud links, or secure download from our store.

4) Client Responsibilities

To keep projects on track, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, assets, and timely approvals.
• Ensure rights to all content you supply (text, images, logos, data).
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes.

5) Payments

• Prices are in AMD unless otherwise stated; taxes/fees may apply.
• Full payment or deposit is required before work commences.
• Subscriptions (e.g., maintenance/care plans) renew automatically unless canceled in your portal.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6) Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the final deliverables for your business.
• We retain ownership of drafts, source files, frameworks, and proprietary methods unless agreed otherwise.
• We may showcase non-confidential results in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Invoices are overdue.
• These Terms are breached or unlawful activity occurs.
• The parties mutually agree to end the project.

8) Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
• Parties will attempt amicable resolution for at least 30 days before filing.
• Courts in Yerevan, Armenia have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
