3) What Happens Next
- Review & triage: We assess severity and scope (typically within 1–2 business days).
- Containment: We may disable links, revoke access, or contact platform providers.
- Investigation: We verify facts and request additional information if needed.
- Outcome: Actions may include removal, warning, account restriction, or escalation to authorities.
- Notification: Where appropriate and permitted, we’ll confirm resolution to the reporter.
Urgent threats (malware, active phishing) are prioritized immediately.
4) Legal & Privacy Notes
- We handle reports under our Privacy Policy.
- False or malicious reports may be rejected and could be escalated.
- For IP claims, provide proof of ownership (registration, original files, or sworn statement).
- Law enforcement requests are handled per applicable law in the Republic of Armenia.
- For platform abuse (e.g., Payhip pages) we may also notify platform trust & safety.
